Consultant Profiles   R S Murali – Managing Director & Principal Consultant Mr. R S Murali has served as a Managing Director and Principal Consultant of NCRCL since its inception in 2000. He has over two decades of experience in Management Consultancy.Murali is one of the few Certified Management Consultants in India. He has held several positions before, which include Advisor to Public Sector Restructuring & Internal Audit Board Industries Department – Government of Kerala; Partner & Head, Management & Systems Consultancy Division - RSM & Associates and Information Systems Analyst - C. R. Narayana Rao Consultants P Ltd.  Murali has articulated, designed and implemented projects in many fields like finance & accounting, policy studies, process reengineering, Management Information System for Governance, e-Governance and public financial accountability. His areas of specialization also include internal control systems, strategic planning, business plans & project reports, software design, development, deployment & training. Murali has executed projects for a wide range of clients in the Central/ State/ Local Government, Education, Insurance, Corporate and NGO sector. He has conducted studies for the World Bank, SDC, UNDP, USAID etc. Murali is an active participant in all India efforts on Municipal reforms. He has conducted workshops, seminars and training programmes, conceptualized and coordinated symposiums and executive development programmes for public and private sectors. He has also carried out several researches which were published in professional and research journals. Murali holds B Sc (Applied sciences) and M Sc (Psychology) degrees from University of Madras. He has worked with multinational companies in India and overseas. He has guided and led the team of NCRCL in many of its key assignments.Suresh is an expert in industrial/ corporate audit and control systems. He has rich experience in streamlining systems and procedures in various organizations and setting up of internal systems both from finance and control aspects. He has coordinated for implementation of reforms, design of software and MIS and manuals for government agencies & corporate clients. Suresh has handled many of NCRCL’s key assignments like preparation of Internal Audit Manual, design and implementation of costing system, preparation of handbook on Financial & Administrative Rules, and Project Reports. He has designed job descriptions, incentive and appraisal systems for various companies both in India and abroad. Mr. Suresh holds a B Com degree for Madras University 1984. His professional qualifications include FCA, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India 1987 and Grad. CWA, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India 1989
